ABSTRACT
A psicologia brasileira, embora plural ao longo de sua história, é instituída na sociedade contemporânea como uma psicologia de caráter oficial e que se propõe única, sendo diretamente relacionada aos direitos humanos. Tal relação é especialmente definida através da publicação de normas cogentes pelo Conselho Federal de Psicologia, donde se destacam os quatro Códigos de Ética Profissional da categoria. A partir da análise destes documentos, com ênfase no vigente, discutem-se os efeitos de sentido do discurso de direitos humanos veiculado pela psicologia oficial. Tal análise possui caráter documental e foi fundamentada na teoria discursiva de Mikhail Bakhtin, pautando-se pela identificação das condições de produção enunciativa, dos efeitos de sentido e dos posicionamentos verbo-axiológicos presentes nos enunciados normativos. Os resultados apontam para mudanças de posicionamento do Conselho ao longo de sua existência, desempenhando atualmente maior controle sobre os profissionais e silenciamento da discussão ética inerente ao tema dos direitos humanos. A conclusão remete a considerações sobre o exercício da ética diante das normas estabelecidas.(AU)
The Brazilian psychology, although historically plural, is instituted in contemporary society as an official psychology, directly linked to the human rights. This relationship is specially defined by the publication of cogent norms by Federal Council of Psychology, from where we detach the four Professional Ethical Codes of the category. From the analysis of these documents, with an emphasis on the current norms, the effects of meaning in human rights' discourse linked to the official psychology were discussed. This work has a documentary character and has its foundings in Mikhail Bakhtin's discourse theory, basing itself through the identification of the enunciative production condition, the produced signification effects and the verb-axiological position present in the normative statement. The results point to changes in the positioning of the Council along its existence, making a bigger control over the professionals and hushing the ethic discussion inherent to the human rights theme. The conclusion refers to considerations of the ethical exercise against the norms that are established.(AU)
